Personal training is a commitment, not only from you, but also from me. I WILL knock on your door at 5am if that is what we have agreed on!
Every person has their own fitness goals, but sometimes they may need a boost to get started and someone to keep them on track. I can help you stay motivated and challenged, allowing you to attain greater fitness and health awareness. One-on-one personal training will:
Personal training sessions always begin with an initial consultation where your goals are discussed, personal information is gathered and a baseline assessment is completed. Based on this information an individualized fitness program will be designed. Constant monitoring and evaluation will take place to ensure that the you enjoy your fitness routine and you continue to advance.
I am happy to work with a wide range of fitness levels, including people who have not been active for some time, to people with advanced fitness levels who are looking for variety.

Personal training sessions last 1 hour and can take place in your home, a public space, or at selected gym facilities within the Sarnia area. Session price depends on location and amount of sessions purchased.
