POWER, RESISTANCE & INTERVAL DRILLS FOR ENDURANCE (PRIDE)
I love teaching this class because everyone pushes themselves to their max!
A full body, high intensity workout designed for intermediate to advanced exercisers. This class can take place in a variety of settings including the fitness room, the track & stairs, and outdoors in the summer. It involves, BOSU balance trainers, bodyweight exercises, dumbells, stretch bands, cones and whatever else I can find!
Lots of interval work where you exercise for 1 minute and rest for 30 seconds. This allows you to work at your own pace. Modifications are always available for those who need them. To add a little extra fun, partner and group drills are also included.
