Spin Fit is a great low impact exercise, helping you burn calories, build muscle tone and increase cardio endurance.
You will be guided through a warm-up, steady up tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc. You control the resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or as difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal.
All you you need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face) and a water bottle. Spinning bikes are equipped with clips so you can wear your cycling SPD cleats.
