So you want to be fit, be healthy, be happy, but you can't seem to quite get there. Something is holding you back, and you're not sure how to make the necessary changes.
Wellness coaching helps you get from where you are in your life now, to where you want to go. I will support you, motivate you, and hold you accountable to achieving your vision for yourself. While I may offer you suggestions, new ideas or action steps, I am not going to tell you what to do. Instead, I listen to you and ask you the right questions to help you find your path.

- Facilitate health behaviour change by utilizing interventions such as motivational interviewing, mindfulness, guided imagery, solution-focused coaching, cognitive behavioural strategies

- One hour weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions.
- Weekly telephone sessions so you can stay on track and have a better chance of reaching your goals.
- Email support in-between sessions allowing you access to me to answer all your questions, and cheer you on.
