BACK TO BUSINESS BODY BLAST

On January 11th a few brave souls dared to push themselves. They attended our 3 hour Back to Business Body Blast, hosted in conjunction with the FitStop and the City of Summerside. This event included personal challenges, group competitions and a whole lot of fun! Thanks to all who came out to participate- I look forward to doing it again soon!
